Equipped with our original RP diaphragm, which is made of highly heat-resistant polyimide film as base material and etched with copper foil.

The driver unit uses a neodymium magnet, which has a wide reproduction bandwidth, excellent transient characteristics, and high input resistance up to 3000mW.
 

Wood housing is used for the housing.

The wood housing (African mahogany) provides a rich sound quality with added depth to the delicate expressiveness of the RP diaphragm.

The yoke is made of a new material with less than half the carbon content of conventional materials to improve the efficiency of magnetic transmission.

One of the main features of the RP magnetic circuit is that “a large effective magnetic flux density is obtained by repelling the upper and lower magnets, and the diaphragm is sandwiched between them. This enables the RP magnetic circuit to “obtain a symmetrical magnetic flux density distribution with respect to the vibration direction of the diaphragm” and succeeds in achieving overwhelming linearity.
 

Low-resilience around-the-ear ear pads are used.

Around-the-ear earpads are designed to provide a comfortable fit, even over long periods of listening.

Balanced connection is also supported for use in different environments.

The cable uses a high-quality OFC conductor. It delivers high resolution and crisp sound in all bandwidths.

Three types of balanced cables are also sold separately. (φ2.5: ET-RP2.5BL, φ4.4: ET-RP4.4BL, XLR: ET-RPXLR)
